Mosaic tiles, decorative items, and specialty tiles must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened packaging. Please call Buytile.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization form which must be filled out and accompany your return.  Since Buytile.com absorbs most of the cost of shipping merchandise to you, we ask that the customer furnish the return shipping on undamaged, un-defective, and correct-as-ordered merchandise, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Basic field tile (ceramic, porcelain) and special order items that are received, in-tact, and correct as ordered typically may not be returned.  It is our objective to make sure that you are satisfied with your order and pleased with your overall experience with Buytile.com. We are here to help you with your selection and ensure that you order the tile that you want. Please order a sample beforehand or work with our floor-covering specialists by calling 888.355.TILE to discuss your purchase if you are unsure. 

Tiles that are received in error or that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.  Buytile.com must be notified of tiles received damaged or in error within four business days of receipt. Heavily damaged or unusable product must be refused at time of delivery. Please see the FAQ section on how to handle damaged shipments.

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. However, if shipping costs or processing costs have been incurred, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.
