Our 30 day return policy.

Here are the common reasons for a return or cancellation request, and our policy for each:

I placed an order and would like to cancel it. If your order is in the "pending"or "processing" status you can cancel it anytime, and we will gladly refund you the full value of your order. If your order is in the "shipped "status, we will refund you the full value of your order minus twice the initial shipping charge.

Tiles arrived and I don't like them, decided to cancel the project etc. Please ship them back to us (see return procedures below) and we will refund you the full value of your order minus the initial shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee.

Tiles have a manufacturing defect. We will assist you in arranging to ship the defective ones back to us (see return procedures below). We will refund you the full value of the defective items, and we will send you replacement tiles if you require.

Tiles arrived broken. We will ask you to send us pictures of the broken tiles so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We will refund you the full value of the broken items, and we will send you replacement tiles if you require.

I received a different item than I ordered. We will ask you to send us pictures of the items in question to verify your claim. We will assist you in arranging to ship the wrong items back to us (see return procedures below). We will refund you the full value of those items, and we will send you replacement tiles if you require.

Special Orders. We will notify you via email that these items are "Special Order". Special Orders are final at the time of purchase, you will not be able to cancel or return them.

Please follow these procedures for any items that need to be returned to us:

Please make sure to inspect your order prior to signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any broken or damaged product, please note it on the receipt and keep a copy of it. Please take pictures of any defective or damaged tiles, then contact us as soon as possible. A sales representative will walk you through the process to ensure a smooth transaction.

  • For items being shipped by parcel post, its best to ship the tiles back in the packaging material that you received them in. If you don't have them, please assure that the shipping boxes are rated for shipping heavy items, and that you place plenty of padding i.e. peanuts, bubble wrap or heavy foam, to secure the product. Always place tiles "standing up" in the box so that the tiles are not stacked on top of each other.
  • For items being shipped by freight carrier, please stack the boxes on the pallet and strap or shrink wrap the boxes to the pallet. Remember, always place tiles "standing up" so that the tiles are not stacked on top of each other.
  • Except as specified above, we do not offer free return shipping and therefore the shipping charges will be your responsibility.
  • Please include the original receipt, invoice, or sales slip for all merchandise returns.
