We cannot guarantee size-matching your sample. Samples are often color swatches or chips, or cutout pieces of mosaics.  For example, if you request a 3” x 6” sample of a tile, you may receive a 3” x 3” or 2” x 2” sample. Mosaic samples are usually 4” x 4” pieces. If you would like to view a full-sized tile, whether field tile or mosaic, please email sales@buytile.com and we will do our best to assist you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

While we stock all of the tiles we advertise, we cannot gaurantee stock of all samples. We do our best to ship all samples the day after a sample order is received, but some samples need to be special ordered from the manufacturer. If this is the case please allow two weeks for delivery. To determine how quickly your sample will ship, please call us or email. If your sample order is very urgent or otherwise time sensitive, please call us or email to request expedited service (fees may apply).
