Mikado Ebano

The name derives from the well-known oriental game played with wooden or ivory sticks. These were held in a bunch, allowed to fall randomly in a pile, then the sticks were removed one at a time. Mikado refers to this set of thin strips of natural wood which, carefully assembled and glued, create interesting wooden modules. These Porcelain tiles have the appearance of Zebra Wood. The large linear cut listellos repeat the pattern of the tiles. The edges of the tiles & Listellos are rectified (Saw cut). These tiles excel in terms of durability & wear resistance, they are also frost resistant.

Mikado tiles are suitable for interior or exterior applications, as wall, floor, or backsplash tile.
